Saw the aforementioned merchant - he is the one you are introduced to on the grand tour - with the BP's in stock after leaving our shiny new, wooden fort. The BP's may not show up until after a day or two, but I know that they were there before the hotpatches.

One of the merchants sells BPs. 500,000 gold well let you buy 25,000 BP. KISS = "correct" your gold, buy the 25k BP and you're good to go.

My only request would be able to get around the level cap. I figured out the rest.

Endurance comes up - characters need fairly robust Con and Str just to carry enough and move long enough to not get fatigued or, worse, exhausted. You really, really do not want to become either, although fatigued comes up quite often. Exhausted is nasty. Having your characters walking ... in...

The armory cheat works by opening the armory, activating the cheat then buying one item (I recommend the cheapest rifle). If successful it should set the available number of every item to 99,999. My problem with the trainer is that it constantly gets thwarted by antivirus - once I get it up...
