I think its not working because the .exe had its name changed? All other Steam-Trainers search for a NZA2.exe yet in the bin-directory resides only a ZA2.exe... Can you create a new trainer for this?

You cant kill monsters with first strike or attack points more than your hit points. Attacking those kills you regardless of trainer settings. @MrAntiFun: Today there was a new Update of DD. Can you code a new trainer for that?
