    Also, sometimes inf.health makes enemy unit immortal so be careful

    Inf health work's not on all unit's but i'ts work, pause the game, select all your units and press f1.

    Also, you can open console with \ key, not tilda. Then when mission start type takenodamage and you invincible. When you start a new mission you must do this again.

    While we wait you can use this thing: Go to ..\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\Config There you can find config files. For example open DefaultGameData_CharacterStats.ini( i use Notepad++) There you can change stats of ALL Xcom soldiers and aliens.
