You don't really need inf skill points for this game. Max level is 24 for skill trees and you get a point for each level. All the skills are level locked, meaning you have to be a certain level to put a point in it to begin with. There are only 24 skills to spend a point on in each tree, meaning...

I'm experiencing this issue as well. Sets Survival XP to 250 and now I can't level survival. I'm wondering if this is because I didn't use it from the start of a new game?
