I got the exact same issue... But I figured out what to do since I have both MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) and Malwarebytes and it seems Malwarebytes is the one giving me issues. I have to deactivate it and run it then turn it back on and it works fine then an hour later I can just tell it...
