Google Chrome says it's a harmful file. I bypass it, try to run it, and it says "Insufficient system resources to run." And then McAfee quarantines it. I've tried it on multiple browsers, and it does the same thing every time.

It says version 1.4.0 is a harmful file, but not 1.3.3. What's the deal with that?
