SystemEra will release the game as 1.0 in december, but that won't be final. They plan on adding contetnt way past the official release, so unfortunately? updates don't seem to be slowing down in the near future.

I doubt one will get banned - there are no achievements or pvp aspects where trainer would give one an upper hand, so to speak. You tried to start it with Winrar? How about unpacking it with winrar and then running the executable?
