Just tested the latest +17 version on the same battle twice and I noticed two things: 1) the crashes still happen if you stay in the fastest mode for too long and 2) even with god mode on, some units still die. But if you stay at the normal speed, the battle completes without problem.

Just tested that and it still crashes.

On god mode, mine crashed on a human v human battle.
