I have the same problem, the game crashes with cutscenes or fast travel (not always but often) and the debug console doesn't work with the trainer open. (Steam Goty version)

I had the same problem, but i solve it closing the trainer and re-open it (with the game minimized) and then the trainer work. i hope it will help. (sorry for bad english) (i have the steam version, goty)
