Can we use the last version of the trainer on the new version of the game?

I thought it was something like that at first, but I lost a lot of wars with god mode on so I supposed for battles i must use the Infinite Morale and God Mode was just for the ruler... If it makes your army unkillable, doesn't work :(

What does the god mode do? It makes you immortal?

I have the complete version and the Sid Civilization 5 Brave New World V 1.0.3.144 Trainer +8, but it doesn't detect my game, i start a single player game, and then open the trainer, but it says: Game is: OFF...
