Because the game changes the addresses so often (seems to change almost every time a new screen loads for me) it is unlikely that this will/can be done but if it is it will not be easy. However, most of these things you can do yourself by changing some of the games files from the config folder...

An easy way to find out if its server sided is to start steam in offline mode and try to run the game like that. If steam is already running and you don't want to exit/restart steam or dono how to do that you can always just disconnect your computer from the internet before launching the game...
