On ******** they found a way to exploit the debug using the CT. I have found that way to work pretty well until we get a trainer hopefully :)

There is a cheat table out there on ******** if you wanna check it out before MAF gets a hold of this one. I have played with the CT and I can say that it worked for me 100%. Nothing beats a trainer.

There is a cheat table out for this game that gives undead mode and instant cooldown. It worked just fine for me I just got done playing for a few hours. It is on ******************. This may just satiate you until a trainer is made. :)

There is a cheat table out there on the interwebs if you are interested. It works so far as I have been using it. :)
