current 1.3 and 1.4 flag kaspersky with UDS:DangerousObject.Multi.Generic, 1.2 trainer does not, something unpleasent changed in the coding? i wouldnt quite call this a false positive but theres something it doesnt like with the newer versions, this happens with some other trainers as well but...
