Actually I think I figured it out. If you have inf. political power on (so political power is at 9999) and you stage a coup, it will fire at 1:00 AM the next day in game. Might be fixed in 1.7.1

Might not be an issue from the trainer. But whenever I try to stage a coup, it activates the next day (and usually at a terrible level). If I have more than one coup in queue, they activate one by one, every 24 hours.
