Hi, I figured away around it. If you click on the arrow in your toolbar (Far left) then right click the Avast Icon. It should say Avast Sheild control. Disable for 10 minutes. Download trainer, extract, copy and paste trainer to new folder and it should be fine. If not just turn shield off...
