Hey guys, it actually does work, but you need to rename the .exe file as mentioned above. In my Steam folder, there were two.exe files, one that looked like fc3_blooddragon.exe, and one that looked like fc3_blooddragon_d3d11.exe. Find those .exe files in your game folders, wither in My Games or...
