I have it through Steam, I was getting the emails but decided to get my Steam key. I have game V0.151284 and the 1276 trainer is working for me. Moods and resources and heal injuries work. I haven't tried battery cheat.

I'm using trainer V0.15.1276 and am using the latest version of the game.
