That's weird. I haven't had any issues with game crashes at all. I wish I could be of more help.

At what point are you guys/gals activating the cheats? I activate the trainer & the cheats at the main menu of the game before actually loading my save file and I have had no 'crash' issues entering/using any vehicle.
