Okay, so I guess running it as an Administrator does the trick? 1. EACx64.dll is outside of the EAC folder 2. Airplane mode 3. Use .exe startup 4. Alt-tab out and run the trainer as admin 5. Success I made sure to bind them to my numpad, just cause I don't like using the F# ones.
