Just saw this thread after responding to another. Have you managed to fix this? I have the same issue. Only the movement option seems to be working for me.

I'm gutted, any update on this? Only a few months ago I was playing this with the WeMod version and it worked great. Now unfortunately, only the movement seems to work. I use to be able to build ships and soldiers in one turn but no longer. I have noticed that the trainer is different, before...
