Probably not as I've had a little look into the game myself via CheatEngine and the Upgrade Data seems to be encrypted. I have however been able to find it once, but I think it was a fluke, as it didn't actually change when I edited it, however it did keep changing in CE when I kept an eye on it...

Okay, for the non-believers, I am running Steam V0.4.9 and it is still working for me. As I keep saying, be patient as it can take a good while to activate.

As I had said earlier, give the trainer time, this current version of the trainer will work for the latest updates at the moment (v0.4.8). I do realise that if you hear the ding sound when you try to activate it, the trainer has registered that, keep the game paused and keep the trainer running...

It's probably your Anti-Virus being overprotective, add the file to your exclusions list and then run it.
