Aaand I got this to work (you have to start game first, then trainer), but... it seems NPCs also get infinite health, which renders the trainer useless. The only reason I need a trainer to begin with is to beat the church steeple boss fight, but now me and the bald bastard are stuck fighting...

How did you get it to work? All I get is the Windows "ding" sound and nothing happens.
