False positive! Almost all anti-virus programs says trainers are viruses. So, in other words, if you have downloaded the trainer here, no need to worry.

never had those problems! Fatigue works flawlessly for me, no problem at all with ammo either. Then again, I never ever reload the weapons, no need for that. (combine no-relead with inifinte ammo). Just got off the game, and still no problems at all with the trainer. For me, everything works perfect

Just confirming that trainer 1.03 works perfectly fine with game update 2.0 (v1.3187.26.2 (or 318726 ingame)) (atleast it did work for ~2hours of gaming last night :))

Most likely your anti-virus program that blocks and deletes the file. Also known as false positive virus. Disable anti-virus when unpacking, and add exception rule to allow the trainer to run
