Just to clarify, everything else seems to work, but the moment you enable f8 you can no longer build, disabling it doesn't fix it, you have to close the game and restart. I ran the game with all mods removed just to make sure it was not a conflict and the issue persisted.

The f8 easy craft is still bugged. When you enable the game can no longer recognize any components you have in your inventory. So if you go to craft a concrete slab, it says you lack ferrite dust even if you have 9999+ ferrite dust in your inventory.

It is odd but when you turn on the Infinter Health it also applies that to the mobs you are fighting...or at least it did during the prologue. The game itself is so buggy, that I haven't tried it further into the game.

Getting a Windows Defender notification warning of a trojan - Zpevdo.A when running the NMS trainer. Figured it's a false positive since it just started doing it today and I've been running versions of that trainer for some time.
