I never activated an ammo cheat. I just used godmode for 5 min (cause i was also stuck in the buggy part with the underground complex) I disabled the trainer. Restarted the game and every time i pick up the ammo, my game crashes. Help pls. btw, I checked the fixed version of the Trainer already
