I don't know if it's just with this new version, but there's a few shops that will crash the game if Inf. Pixels is active:
Any Teleporter shop
Pixel Printer
Shop for Colony stuff
Isn't it easier to set the troop commands to the NUMPAD instead?
I don't really use them, except for the Hold Ground, the other similar one that the troops actually stay where you want them to and Charge.

Actually after I posted that, the only option that doesn't work if Inf. Essence and that's because the game devs changed how essence is calculated.
Essence is no longer possible to be set to infinite in Hong Kong and Dragonfall with trainers, however there's an editor that will allow to change...
Don't use fast construction, instead have all your people with max construction skill and infinite resources, put as many as you want building whatever you want
For some reason, using this trainer on an Insane sized map froze my pc........ I have tried the CE table available on it's forums and I didn't had a problem after 3 or 4 hours.
I think it's the Player Attacked option, so far it has caused problems in the game for me

Go into GalCiv3 game folder, in the folders, there will be a lot of .xml files one of them is the race definitions.

Well the problem with this game is that it is very difficult to cheat due to it's anticheat protection.
I used this trainer when the game version was 1.5.6 and there were a few areas of the game that I had to redo since the protection would "lock" the needed action to advance.

Create a race and change what you want.
Quit the game.
Go to Documents\My Games\GalCiv3 folder.
There should be a Races or Factions folder with an xml file named after the race you created.
