I think the game was updated again to 1.07.

You need to edit both double point values, say your points are 13, you'll have one that is the exact number then another with 13.0325235, just change both to the maximum of 100. Did that for my character lastnight, didn't change getting crappy rating though, just allowed you to do 5 star songs.
