Right, so say I use the trainer in offline mode. I give myself infinite money, medals, and unlock all skills. Get rid of the trainer after that and go back online. Will that be detected by the anti cheat system?

This. There are some mods I would like to use, but they require some clothing items that you can only get in the TP shop, which I don't have much luck with.

I have this as well. Also, 'Unlock All Skills' doesn't work either on new save files.
