I have the same issue but I thought I solve it by desactivating the cheats while it loads the next level and fast activating them, it only works perfect but I think u have to restart the mission and activate them again in order to have them and then thanks doesn't have god mod but still thank...

What I mean is that I try it and in the first mission it works fine except with thanks that kills all of them or at least they were alive but they were kind of dying.
