Activate the cheat, open your menu, go to Bag menu, the Skills List. Close menu out. Turn cheat off. You now have the skills.

---Open your menu after activating cheat. ---Bag Menu --Skills List menu. ---Exit menu. ---Turn off cheat. Skills now unlocked.

I think they were requesting them. They need to go to their Bag menu, Skills List for the last one to work.

1: Turn on trainer , activate Skills cheat. 2: Go to your Bag menu, then open Skills List. This should give all skills.

Noticed when I use mega XP my character went from lvl 3 to 32. Yet I only got 6 attribute points out of it as if I only leveled twice. lol

This ^. :) I would adore a score cheat as well. Similar to the way gameshark worked on PS2. I hate blitzball but i wanna get the winning cutscene in Luca. lol Also, @pillgrim , make sure to open the menu the items/gil cheats.

Yes. On steam for like $20 USD ( $16 as of this post due to a sale ). Works great for me and the trainer was very simple to get working.

There's a upload system in the game on Steam that carries over to Phantom Pain.
