Confirmed trainer works with current steam version of the game (1.0.2-277R). kati170544's method for using the combat abilities (F1, F2, and F3) works. You have to wait until Turn 2 or later during combat and activate the cheats in game for them to work. I was able to get the equipment price...

Inf.Health only seems to work for units currently visible on the screen. Any units off screen do not replenish health. Units that take 100% of their available health in one hit also still die. And buildings are unaffected by cheat.

I am using the 'Final' version of this trainer with the current steam version of Shogun 2 (Standard Campaign) and have had no issues, the trainer is fully functional. I've had no crashes and have been using all features. Are you playing DLC Campaigns or using it in Multiplayer?
