I just tested the B version trainer in full with the updated version of the game and it works fine.

I only use infinite ammo (didn't test the rest) and that works fine with the latest steam version and Subsistence v1.0.12466 Trainer +7 B. Ran the trainer as administrator, played for an hour or so, no crashes, worked fine; many thanks.
