Are you guys able to download the trainer?? Whenever I try it fails... Any suggestions?

I can't even download the Trainer. Every time it fails...

For some reasons I cannot get the trainer to work... Could it possibly that there was an update and the trainer is non configurable now? Or I am doing something wrong? I spend the bad ass token on my characters (Once on my higher char, and once on a new one) and I cannot seem to get it to work
