I used the teleporter to get her all the way back to Sister and completed the game.

I never hit the trigger for the Attractor either. I also never hit the trigger for a weapon besides the pipe. Thank you for the trainer, but I need to unlock those two items so I can progress. I'm at the tall building with ANI and I just saved her from the big bird, but now we can't get back...

ANI is a long way off, you have to go save her.
