unlimited health works only for the first time. After deactivating in combat and reactivating it doesn´t work anymore

It might be a far stretch, is it possible to turn off disapproval and only have approval options? Or make it so that the affiliation status is never negative!

There was either a modifier that modified the Roll dice as well or just randomly glitched the cheats lol. But sadly, I am no longer able to do so. Will this be updated or was this never supposed to be a thing in the first place?
