Game of Thrones - Telltale Games

Game of Thrones by Telltale Games has a countdown timer in most in-game conversations that are quite stressful. And while "space bar" can pause the game it affect the mouse-pointer and kills the atmosphere/flow of the game.

If possible, a in-game conversation "timer freeze" would be fantastic.
