MGSV:TPP Trainer crashes game after ~10 minutes

As the title says.
Using v1.14 on the current version on Steam.

After ~10-20 minutes the game freezes with a bright brown screen. I have to kill the task to end it.
I've tried to update my GPU drivers since it looked like it has some problems with my drivers but it doesn't work...

Could be on your side issue with GPU or something else? trainers can't cause something big like that.
