Whoa, how the heck i missed this thread? 
Well, since nobody replied to you here, means they have no idea. Or maybe they only like to steal from internet, or, posting non-sense posts (spamming), who knows.
It's ok, they don't know how hard is to make graphics. We're not all the same.
You forgot to mention PostImage that is very easy to use, light and fast, and not even need a registration (you can reg to keep all your photos in albums).
Let's let them make their own signatures/avatars into windows paint (yep, that's all what they can do). No need to spend hours to make a heavy work for somebody that don't appreciate the work and talents.
