Good but Crashes the game a lot, maybe an update????

Going through more of some of my old games that I have and tried it with this trainer which still works (most of the time).

But it does crash at times when trying to skip the next mission "briefing" too fast.

In other words, as soon as the message of "Press Enter to continue", I try to give it some time and let their dialogue continue just a bit. Most of the time it works and if not, then reload after the crash and continued on to finish the mission until next "briefing". (rinse and repeat)
