Stellaris is now on 1.4, which has made most of the options on the 1.3.2 trainer unusable would be nice with an update.

Which options broke , Do as Kalas asked so i can look further into this .

because it seems all the cheats are activating .

God-mode, Instant research (don't really know, because it takes 1 month), Fast Planet Construction, Fast Construction/Recruiting.
Apart from that I haven't noticed anything else activating but not working.

Instant Research being one month isn't an issue as far as I am concerned, Fast Construction worked in both instances for me when I tried earlier today.

All seems to be working fine , Tried god mode on new mission and works fine as well .

option I am able to activte are fast constuction-recruiting instant warp and cooldown all others wont active no matter how I try it.
