This just gives the WeMod App download, and that doesn't work at all. I would look elsewhere.

you find the .exe at ....\Vampire The Masquerade Swansong\Vampire\Binaries\Win64

Hit the play button in We-Mod and enjoy the trainer ;-P

It appears that the Unlimited XP part of the mod doesn't work with the latest version of the game
