no. not all of the options work but MAF has made it clear he has no intention of fixing the trainer for the latest version of the game.

just tried again; Infinite Skill Point, Resources, and No Reload work. Infinite Health and Ammo do not work.

well unless you use the IGE in Civ IV or the In-Game Editor mod for Civ V and Beyond Earth. Sadly, no modders have made one for Civ VI yet.
