Easy fix, just do the math and give yourself the soul items and use the soul items to give yourself souls. The souls from the items will give you soul memory and souls to use for levels...

A way around that, from what ive seen, is to change the number of the item in game, like if you give yourself a bunch of human effigies, buy or find one more legitly, and it tends to keep the newer number through saving,

You can play Dark souls in a windowed mode where its easier to switch back and forth. However it might make the game a little unstable based off of your computer's hardware. Another neat thing is, that if you are sitting at the bonfire and you have your item box opened, you can actually watch...

Thats just it, after i changed the item, it wouldnt let me do anything with it. I couldn't even bonfire it.

Havent tried it recently, but i was having issues with the non stackable item changes. Whenever i would use that part of the trainer, the item would lose its image and have the newer item's info panel, but i couldnt do anything with the item. Reloading the save would revert the item to what it...

So trainers for games like Terriaira (2 dimensional minecraft) would be, in theory, easier to make then trainers in games like the Diablos?

The trainer can edit soul memory if you know how to work it. It can increase it but it cant decrease it.
