Well there is an option to turn off Vac in the online settings so I don't think it would be a problem.

At least God Mode and Torch commands still work. I never use Inf. Resources or Items so I dunno if those still work.

Try reading previous comments. He said to give him some time....just chill. It's not like this is the only game that needs to be updated. He's probably busy with other games.

Seems like the "No Reload" only works up until the tutorial brings you back to your bunker.

honestly all you need is Infinite HP and you're pretty much set for everything.

Just bought this game and it is freaking awesome. Oh and I just tested the 1.52 trainer and it seems it still works.

I can confirm that there is no need for an update at this time. Everything works as it should.
