Everything is working fine. Trainer must be used in SIngle Player mode, BattleEye disabled. Right click Ark in Steam and choose No BattleEye, Unofficial servers only. Can't be used in Multiplayer.

Are you trying to use this in Multiplayer or Single Player? It must be used single player with the "No BattleEye" launch option. I tested this just last night with version 292 and it worked.

No Trainer update needed. Trainer 289.100 still working, just tested it.

Just stupid, have to move item from hotbar to inventory and back and the durability resets.

Looks like the option for Inf Durability isn't working. Can anyone confirm or am I just stupid?

Confirmed not working, even with BattleEye off.

Everything is still working. Tested it last night. Make sure to load ARK from Steam without BattleEye, UnOfficial server only.

If you max out the character stats in game and activate the Infinite Health and Infinite Oxygen and Infinite Stamina, the meters go low and you have a constant low health and oxygen warning.

Nope, that's your A/V throwing a false positive. Add it to the exceptions list, all trainers are virus free.

87 trainer works in 89 except for Max items and infinite weight.

Don't need to update. 87 works just fine in 89.
