Exact same here. Reload and Morale working fine but Health no longer activates.

When you activate this trainer, it stops you from firing your weapon. It DOES make you invincible however, still you can't activate any of the door unlocks without the ability to shoot.

I'm getting the crash when starting a battle. Was a great trainer when it worked though so that's the only fix needed. :)

As soon as you activate infinite ammo your units (and AI units) don't fire. Vehicles still fire their main guns but not their machine guns. Vehicles aren't infinite health but I'm not sure if that was ever the case, soldiers still infinite health.

The issue I've had with this one is that it stops working after the "Realm Divide" section of the game starts.
