Heres my thoughts... I think if you bother to read the window that malwarebytes pops up, it says the trainer is a hacktool/cheatengine (DUH!!!!) not malware, You have eyes and a brain ...use em!!!

First id like to thank you for your time and effort in making this trainer kind sir. The trainer works fine but all the players in the game are now midgets with big heads (if you leave trainer running that is) so create your player max out attributes save the game,shut down trainer,restart game...

sounds like your antivirus is intercepting the download,i can assure you its safe,try stopping any anti virus/malware progs you might be running. let me know if this doesnt work,we can try something else.
