Trainer needs an update. Infinite vehicle health does not work and invincible cheat doesn't work for explosions and high falls.

This game must be a real pain in the neck for Mr. Antifun to create a trainer for based on the ridiculous anti-cheat system built into the game. Be patient everyone, updating a trainer for this game is not something that's accomplished over night.
