Ammo has been okay as long as you disable it but I can see the game being a lot harder on Nightmare without health.

I see this is most likely not popular enough to get an update but the game was recently updated and current version is 4.3.0, Health no longer works, Ammo works but crashes game on ammo pick up.

I wish we'd see an update but the Dev of the game is very anti cheat and his coding skills are crap so making single player cheats are nearly impossible since he blocks all cheats no matter what mode.

Sorry, it still works, just has a few interesting affects. The cheats can't be turned off even if you shut the trainer off. So you need to restart the game to play online. Person I was playing against in Ranked had infinite health.
