Haven't had a chance to read all the comments on this post, but I thought I would report that on the 2nd or 3rd mission can't remember 100%, At the beginning of the mission you have to work your way to the building and then save 2 African hostages. The God Mode options doesn't work for this...

Loved this trainer, I had completed the game before I even noticed you posted this. Luckily there is a few steam achievements that I have not obtained yet and this worked like a charm, thanks once again mate for the upload. :D
